Returns & Exchanges
At Steady Bones, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition drops are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at steadybones@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for sending your item(s) back.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your returned item.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages.
