Processing Times
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment
- Orders placed after 12 PM (MST) will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Order Tracking

International Orders

Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- Steady Bones is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Steady Bones is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- We will assist in providing necessary order and shipment details to support your claim.
