Processing Times

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (MST) will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy

  • Steady Bones is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Steady Bones is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We will assist in providing necessary order and shipment details to support your claim.
